3D-Printed Replica of the Charioteer of Delphi
This precise replica reproduces the celebrated Early Classical bronze statue of the Charioteer of Delphi (original c. 478–474 BC), depicting a youthful driver standing in controlled triumph after a chariot-race victory at the Pythian Games. The figure is rendered with the characteristic upright posture, long belted racing tunic, and calm expression of the Severe Style.
Available in the following materials:
– White nylon: Finished with polishing for a smooth surface and economical production.
– Black nylon: Treated with a post-printing process and Color Touch finish that provides resistance to external conditions, scratching, and rubbing, together with stable, consistent colour across production batches and a uniform high-quality surface.
– Bronze, gold-plated brass, and white rhodium-plated brass: Produced by metal casting. A wax master model is created by 3D printing as an exact replica of the finished form; a plaster mould is formed around it; liquid metal is then injected, replacing the wax which is drained away, yielding metal parts with an elegant appearance.
